Planet Ocean Underwater Hotels, LLC has recently announced that it is inviting the prominent hotels and resorts to partner with them to open the world’s first underwater luxury boutique hotel. The company has also submitted business plan to the U.S State Department and Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Asset Control to operate the Planet Ocean Underwater Hotel and Research Centre vessel in the waters of Cuba.
The number of visitors heading to the Jardines del Rey region of Cuba during the first four months of 2017 increase by 14 per cent, according to the Ministry of Tourism in Ciego de Avila. Iyolexis Correa from the ministry said that more than 231,000 tourists visited the picturesque keys and islets, with the majority originating from Canada and European countries.
