What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you submit a holiday enquiry to us by email, we ask you to provide us with some personal information such as your name, email address, street address, phone number as well as the names and ages of anyone travelling with you.
We use this information to complete your booking or to contact you prior to completing your booking.
No credit card, or other sensitive, information is held on Cuba Holidays' database as we do not gather this kind of information through our website.
Do we share your information with other companies?
We will pass your name(s) on to airlines, hotels or resorts and our local representatives in order to arrange and confirm your booking. We do not share any further information with any other companies.
If you have selected to receive our email newsletter, you will have submitted your name and email address. This information is held on our secure database. The information is not shared and you can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time. If you do not wish to receive these newsletters see our Opt Out policy described below.

You can opt out of receiving our email newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link here or in any of the Newsletters and entering your email address. Your details will automatically be removed from the list.
There is a section of the website where you can apply for a job at Cuba Holidays. We collect personal information such as name, address and contact info to contact applicants in relation to their job application, plus we collect education and career history information in order to consider your suitability for any vacancies within the company. We do not share any of the above information.
Any changes to our collection or use of information will be posted on this page. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a notice on this page. It’s official now, The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall have arrived in Cuba and are currently enjoying their second day in the biggest of all Caribbean islands. We’ve done some digging to find out more details about what they’ll be getting up to during their time in Havana and we learnt that they’re going beyond the capital to explore the new coastal Mariel development.
During his 12-day Caribbean tour, HRH Prince Charles will be making a stop in Cuba on 24th March as part of an official visit to strengthen bilateral cultural ties and discuss trade and climate change. The visit follows Prince Charles private meeting in London with Cuba´s new president Miguel Diaz-Canel last November and will mark a historical momentum between the two countries following the UK’s imminent departure from the European Union.
